As many of you know we have been collaborating with local farmer Jamie Hamilton from Hamilton Cattle Co. - Jamie raises his grass-fed Angus and Red Devon cattle on the pastures of our farm from late spring-early fall. This August we will be hosting a burger night and pasture walk on the farm for you all to have some delicious grass-fed burgers, meet Jamie, and learn a little bit about his involvement on our farm. Additionally, we will have our sugarhouse open for folks to explore as well as our store if you would like to take home some grass-fed beef or maple with you! :)

What you need to know:

Registration/ticket purchase required.

Date and Time: Friday, August 20th at 5:30 pm

Place: Baird Farm 65 West Rd. North Chittenden, VT 05763

What to bring:

Feel free to bring your own picnic blanket/chair, we will also have some chairs and seating available.

Good shoes for walking in the field if you plan on attending the pasture walk! (There may be some cow pies)

Tickets/Cost: $20 - tickets are required. Please sign up in advance.

Weather/Rain Date: We will not cancel due to bad weather unless the forecast calls for severe thunderstorms and rain. If so, we will host the Burger Night the following evening (Saturday - August 21st) at the same time.

Refunds: We will not offer refunds for Burger Night tickets - if we have to postpone to the following day for weather reasons we will still not be able to offer any refunds. Please be sure you understand this policy upon purchasing tickets.

Pets: Although we love pets, we want to make sure that everyone is comfortable and safe at our event - we ask that you keep your pets home for this particular event.

Working Farm: We are a working farm with some existing dangers - always assume that all fences are electric - and do not touch. Please do not venture in the pasture without being with someone from the farm.
